Hi guys.
I am mounting green bearings and that worked nice.
The the lockring or collar is 0,20mm or 0,00787" pressfit.
Cant get it on. Preheated with a heatgun but dont work.
Do i need a blowtortch and heat it redd or almost redd?

Johan

put the collar in a vice take a small 3 cornerd or a round file . file off any burs or flat spots . if you don't have a press heat the collar RED HOT it should fall on .a heat gun don't cut the mustard its like taking a knife to a gun fight .

I will try with more heat.
Yes i was using a press.
If your using a decent quality press, it shouldn't be that hard to press on. If you use a lot of heat you may melt the grease seal in the wheel bearing. Get a mic and measure the shaft and the inside of the collar. Make sure you have the right one.

I messured it all. I will heat it to 500degre celsius if i want it to fall in. Cant find any info about the pressfit. Bought both axel and bearing from summit as match.
