Anyone know the color or something close to the color of the grills in 73 dart sports?

O'reilly's used to have the Krylon Dull Aluminum

The black portion of the grille is semi-flat black. Suggest finding something that is self-etching or use a self-etching primer. Paint doesn't stick well to anodized aluminum without some kind of help. I used Krylon SF Black over a self-etching primer on my 73. For the silver parts, I cleaned up the aluminum and masked it off when spraying the black. I put a red stripe in the center of the grille using the same technique.
