on my 68 valiant it has the chrome thingy to push to blow the horn,,as long as the steering wheel is centered the horn works fine,but once the wheel is turned most of the time it wont blow..i am thinking maybe a loose wire..could someone give me some ideas what it might be,and how to correct it..and also,i am not sure how to pop off the horn botton its self..thanks in advance to everyone for your help and suggestions...
