Header Tick

I believe that I have a header exhaust tick as I have changed the lifters and swapped an extra set of stock rockers and it's still there. Drivers side and I'm looking for some help. It's a 318 and I have replaced the exhaust gaskets but not sure what else to do, looking for some ideas................... Thanks

How old are the headers ? Inspect all the welds , around the flange and at collectors

Are the flanges flat or warped, if they are warped(bent) that would cause a leak.

Fuel hose, etc...........sure fire bet you'll find the noise
