Back in the 80's I had a factory V* Jeep. CJ. It was an AMC 301. 2 Bbl, with an auto. Even that arrangement was too much for the wheelbase. lol
It got even worse when I swapped in a cam, headers, and a 4bbl and manifold. It was a pretty hairy little bugger.
I lived in NJ back then, and I had a snow plow set up for it. It was a 7 foot plow. With the ploy on the vehicle, it HAD TO BE in 4 wheel drive as the rear axle was so "unloaded".
Worked for IBM at the time, so I used to load up the back seat and that rear space with cases of computer print out paper. lol

btw, if anyone ever does that mod ( above) the kick down linkage from a 360 pick up works great!.
