Help ID year of carb

I have a Carter BBD 2 bbl. carb I want to go thru. There aren't any tags under the screws on the top of the carb. There is a number stamped in the base near where the throttleshaft goes thru. Could this number help ID the year of the carb?

I'm guessing it's probably in the 65-early 70s range, there aren't any emission related hose connections on it.

in the early 60s that carb had a air cleaner flange that was a V shape. then at some time it was changed to a flat surface to seat the air cleaner. that carb was mostly the same for many years. take guess at the year. and see if the kit has gaskets that look like they will fit, most likely will fit. the float level is 1/4". allso it has two screws that go from the top casting to the bottom casting be careful to NOT over tighten them. that will warp the castings.
