.060" over 440, stock stroke, bme stock length aluminum rods, je lite wieght pistons, 12.5-1 compression, file fit speed-pro rings, balanced, static oil pick-up with #12 line going to a high volume-high pressure pump, double roller timing chain, cam centerlined, .525" solid flat tappet, 906 heads, ported, 2.14" intake valve, 1.88" exhaust valve, isky rocker arms, torker intake, 800cfm speadbore, mopar electronic distributor. with the correct convertor how fast of an ET do you think this would go in a 3000lbs or a 3800lbs hotrod width 3.91 gears and 29"x10.5" slicks?

Yo Bob,
You put a motor like that in a streeter you'll only see tire smoke. If you put it in a drag chassis and you'll see 10.80's, there abouts.
I agree with the idea of a spreadbore carb but, it may not be enough, at 800 cfm. With 906 heads and 12:1 compression, you alredy have a high velocity intake system, it's gonna be very responsive, at low revs.

What duration cam @ .050" lift? BTW, that engine's gonna need at least a 850 cfm carb. Tuning that combo with a spreadbore is gonna be a bear too. If it's a TQ, there's a guy here named "Demonsizzler" IIRC who knows these carbs inside and out and I've heard nothing but good things about him.

Sounds like a candidate for 10.90 super street class in a light car,11.20 or 30 in an intermediate sedan
