The Dorman rubber tie rod dust boots I use don't last long since they are near my headers. They get brittle and crack from the heat. Has anyone had any luck with dust boots that are resistant to high temperatures? I see they make polyurethane ones, but not sure if they would be any better. Thanks!

have u thot about wrapping the headers close to the plugs where there is a problem ?
