Hey guys,I was wondering what could cause my fuse block to get hot, especially the right side.I have checked all the grounds and they seem good.Nothing other than an aftermarket CD player has been added.I don't see any wires that look melted or damaged but I wouldn't think that it should get so warm that you can't hardly hold on to it,any ideas or suggestions on what I might check? Thanks

I would check for corrosion or some other bad connection, either on the fuse clips or where the wiring connects on the back side.
Even a fraction of an ohm of resistance will cause things to heat up.

Yup. Heat is ALWAYS caused by loose connections. Wire connections at the rear loose, rivets between connections and fuse clips, rusty fuse clips, etc. Heat like that can even cause fuses to blow. (melts the element in the end caps)

I will double shock all connections, including the ones at the firewall,Thanks to all
