How much fluid in a 22" 340 radiator

I need to install a new radiator in my 69 Dart 340 4 speed, just wondering how much radiator fluid to buy, and if theres a certain kind which is better, copper radiator going back in.. thanks fellas!!

I always buy a gallon of concentrated rad fluid and mix it myself with water 50/50 mix. One gallon of that is all you should need.
