I can't view images in many discussions

Hi, I constantly get this problem when reading discussion threads where a poster has attached images: a large symbol from Photobucket saying something about enabling third party hosting. Can anyone explain why I often get this when obviously there would have been an image there originally?

Photobucket changed their rules about a year ago - Now if you want your images to show on third party websites, you have to pay something like $400 a year

I see this so often but I am also wondering if this forum can have it's members photos uploaded onto it's own server, as some other forums do? thanks
