ID this part? Defogger vent 2485982

Is this correct for a A body? I did a search and the only thing I came up with is this was for a 65-74 VL. Yea or Nay?

Looks like the one in my 72 Charger...

I had a 73 charger and it wasn`t even close maybe 72 was different? The vent portion is a tin metal not pot metal like the others.

I bought a rear window defogger from someone on this site and it is exactly the same as yours. Presumably it is from an A body, but I have no idea of the year or car it came from.

Ok, this was making me wonder. Apparently it fits what the search shown, 65-74 then. I just didn`t remember them being like that but then again I can`t remember much anymore.
