inner fender replacement

Just starting to tackle this project..getting the 50+ spotwelds busted is EZ with a rotary spot weld cutter..if you can see them. Now where are the welds in the corners? Im almost tempted to just cut the corners off and grind them flat. Any one ever do this?

Where they attach up top to the rad yoke, sometimes both the vert and horizontal areas, there is a bead weld on the bottom side. You'll have to grind it. Also where it attaches to the cowl up top, outer edge, another bead weld. Bust out the grinder.

I like it when the panel pops out a few mm when you cut the spot weld out. Its when it doesnt budge, thats a drag.
