Can someone tell me what the Torq should be on a alum intake on a 340 sb?

measuring torque on an intake is an iffy proposition. A lot of the fasteners you can only get with a box wrench, the most important thing is to tighten them down in the correct pattern in small amounts until they are very snug.

Hey Tech, The way that I see it is if you can get on it with a wrench then you can with a socket, or a swivel, in most cases. Built them all small blocks and big blocks, not many places you can't get with a socket..................not sarcastic but maybe some tools are in order...............the right tools.

Use lube on the bolt threads and under the head. More load for less twist.
