Interesting cylinder heads (not mine)

Yep those are intresting,i have thought about doing something similar to an old set of J heads i got.
 
Neat pieces, but unless I'm missing something they seem kind of underwhelming for performance. The stage II ported 308's on my 340 flowed 264 cfm at .500", these are only 254? And while the port job on my 308's is good, there's really nothing "special" about them, and you could do better. I'm only running 2.02/1.60's. Every flow bench is different, and 10 cfm isn't much, but I only have 2k into my heads. And the new aluminum heads out there do even better ported.

Seems like a lot of money for those kind of flows, and you have to use W2 gear.
 
If you know what you are doing, lift isn't all it's cracked up to be.....
