Jegs Brand Radiator

I put a Jegs brand radiator in my Demon, and the inlet is on the passenger side, with the outlet on the drivers side. The tanks are on the side of the radiator, not the top like the factory. The issue I am having is finding a lower hose that will fit it. Has anyone else run this radiator, and if so what hose did you use? In addition, has anyone made custom hose's and if so what was the cost and perhaps a link to the website you used. The radiator part number is

I had a similar radiator with "wrong side" lower outlet, for years. Went through a bunch of random hoses and found two that joined in the middle (after cutting them) and simply used a 6 inch piece of tube to join them together. Put 2 hose clamps on both sides. Called it a day...ran that way for years.
