I wanted to upgrade my small radiator to a aluminum one, Jegs had their brand on sale and it says direct fit. So I bought it installed it but it seems to be sitting lower then it should not sure if its going to cause a issue or not. If I move it up to the next pre drilled holes it will be sitting way to high. Once I filled it coolant ran out of the overflow nipple while the car was running for a bit until it the level of coolant was lower then the nipple. Is this going to cause a issue with over heating, should I drill new holes and mount it up higher heres a pic for reference.

ran out of your overflow nipple??? was your cap on tight //I'd keep it there(no hood interference ) and install//hook up your overflow/puke can

The cap was on but at the time I didn't have the overflow connected.
