Jr Dragsters

So I did a "thing" my last visit to Renegade Raceway

I asked one of the Jr Dragsters Moms if she could help me take a group photo of them all. Cassie has a great relationship with Derek, the person that runs the track. Prior to track prep we managed to pull it off. It was suggested that next time I go to Walla Walla that we do this there....and again at the Trick or Treat Shootout at Renegade the beginning of October.

I saw this on Facebook. Great picture, Doug! Just look at all those young people! Maybe the future of racing isn't so bleak after all.

Thanks. The Trick or Treat Shootout one I am probably going to need to be on a step ladder, there is normally close to double the amount of Jr's in this image. When I first started shooting at a drag strip I pretty much hated the Jr's....until I realized that these youngsters are the future of the sport. Now I focus on them, or try to.
I did a different "thing" today...I went and shot 2 Little League games.
