Will a '69 k-frame it into a '65???

I don't think so. It will fit into a '66. That's when the platform changed.

Actually the platform changed in '67. I have a '66. Talk about a strange duck, but I love it. To answer the original question though, no, a '69 K member will not bolt into a '65.
