I know a lot of guy are running larger intake and exhaust valves in your slant. Any preferences???
i ordered my original Stainless valves 1.7/1.44 from clifford, which is made by S.I valves. ended up sticking ALL the intakes, switched over to engine builder valves and never had an issue some 75 runs later...
they are a quality valve and a really great price!
now this has nothing to back it up but theory and learning these engines but if this is a street car or even occasional track days i would leave the stock exh valve, slants have the issue of getting it in not out. its very easy to get 75-90% flow on the exh lol...
i will be trying this when i do the head for my swinger. thinking a 1.75 intake and stock exh valve
Ferrera makes good stainless valves too

I agree. I think if you look into it the valves mentioned here are probably Ferrera under a different name
