Giant Wherehouse, it's a done deal.

Portman Industrial LLC, a division of Portman Holdings, is under contract to buy the raceway, according to a memorandum filed on Sept. 3 with the Palm Beach County Clerk's Office. Portman plans to tear down the 149-acre track complex and build warehouses
