has anyone ever had problems with locking steering columns. mine has recently started making a creeking sound and has a grinding feeling inside of it when i turn left. when i take the key out it only locks in one direction. which makes me think something is broken inside. is there a column i can get from another car. my car has a shifter on the column which i want to get rid of anyway. i saw those xv columns for e bodies are only about 600 bucks. can i get something like this for an a body? thanks guys
