Looking for info on this tailpanel stripe on 2 73 Duster 340's

Is this colored in version of the more common Duster 340 stripe package linked to some other option such as the hood blackout or possibly the dual snorkel hood scoop? or are these 2 cars just something the owners did themselves?

This is the much more common stripe- center is Not blacked out:

the top pic is factory which goes with the side stripe , ive never seen the bottom. it looks kind of like mine, which i painted..........
