Lug Nuts for a 14" Rally wheel 4" Pattern??

I have Cragar Mags on the car with a rally wheel for a spare any recommendations for lug nuts that I hope I won't need?. Thanks

It just takes regular style nuts like a steel wheel uses. In an emergency chrome isn't critical. 7/16"-20 thread. The tricky part is if your car has left hand threads on the driver's side or not.

Do yourself a favor and convert the left hand thread studs to right hand.

Thank you all, they all are right hand threads, I got to get another tire for the wheel as the P215-60R14 is just too wide for the spare tire well. It is a brand new tire maybe I can work something out with Discount Tire or another tire store.... Thanks again
