You have to pay for a high quality print.

Or you can just make the cover and use the windows snipping tool to save it to your computer.

click on print screen (keyboard)
click on start, go to paint, open paint program. click paste on top left and picture will appear, edit and crop as necessary, save to (desk top).

done. Ad custom captions where ever you want also, like this

I just tried that but when I click on print screen, nothing happens.

it wont trigger you that something did happen, but it copied the page. then click on start at bottom left corner of your screen and find your "Paint" program. open that program then click paste on the program. It will paste the screen shot to the open paint screen.
