What is the visual difference between NOS and the reproduction sets?

Not NOS but could get you by until you find them.

that kit is missing the sleeve extensions for a stock 68-71/2 application.
on the passenger side the second and fifth use a particular fastner because
of the depth of the hole.
..and the second one needs to be in place before you install the manifold
or else you can't get it in the hole due to the fenderwell clearance
there are some kits out there but the one listed isn't it.

The early kits can also be found on e-bay for $54. That is where i got it for my 68.
