Menacing Roadside Marker

Every day I pass by this Marker going to and from work. My guess it's a natural gas line marker. It's a busy road so I couldn't stop for a picture. I got this off of Google Maps.

It talks to me every day so I started saving my pennies!!!

Sorry early start and late finish to my day today.

408 - start with a 360 block, bore it .030 over, and add a 4" stroke crank. Then have a TON of fun!!! No need for 420.

420 - Marijuana. The most credible story traces the date to Marin County, Calif. In 1971, five students at San Rafael High School would meet at 4:20 p.m. by the campus’ statue of chemist Louis Pasteur to partake. They chose that specific time because extracurricular activities had usually ended by then. This group—Steve Capper, Dave Reddix, Jeffrey Noel, Larry Schwartz, and Mark Gravich —became known as the "Waldo's" since they met at a wall. They would say “420” to each other as code for marijuana.
