milling RHS/LAx heads

Does anyone know how much milling needs to be done to the deck surface to lower the CC of the head by 1 CC ??

I'm not milling for just 1 cc, trying to determine the ratio or equivalent of 1 cc per deck milling height - to get proper compression ratio also trying determine what effect it will have on pushrod length
