mini-tub question

I am planning a mini-tub and leaf relo on my sons 72 Duster. there is or was significant rust areas, we have the trunk floor and quarter extensions removed and plan on replacing thel ast 12-18" of the frame rail where it meets the cross member,

On widening the tubs, is it easier to just get replacement inner and outer wheelhouses and fill the center or just get some aluminum or steel tubs from sw racing - i'm pretty sure the original wheellhouses are rusty so I will just cut them out !

any thoughts or comments are appreciated,

You could do it either way, stock or aftermarket tubs.

If you need stock inner and outer wheelhouses I have some for sale.
