mopar rally wheels question

so at what point did mocars start receiving the rally wheels?

dealership upgrade or factory?

I have a 1966 barracuda that I've had for 19 years and it came with 14in small bolt rally wheels, was this a dealership up grade?

The old man I bought the car from father had passed away and sold me his dads car when I was 16 he said as far as he know the car came with them when his dad bought it new.

any input would be great

pretty sure they started in 70. 69 they had those recalled wheels. not sure they had those in small bolt though.

someone added rally wheels during its lifetime to your 66 for sure.
