mounting emblems - 71 Dart Swinger

Curious - the "Dart" and "Swinger" emblems on a 71 Dart - there's the studs on the emblems that go through the holes in the fenders .. do they get speed nuts that go on the back side of the fender, or do the holes in the fenders get those plastic inserts that hold the studs tight? what about the trunk lid?

There are inserts that go into the hole...and the stud spread those inserts....

I bought a bunch of them a few years ago went I had our 71 Dart Swinger painted....dont remember where I bought them from...
