The only car movie that dude starred in was drive angry, which featured a 69 charger.
I found a bio, and he claims the 70 RR I mentioned.

The combo is column key ,That Rallye dash , padless upper door and a post car narrows it down to a 1970 and a B-body. The Pistol Grip means it was a HP engine (most likely).

Seats are 1970 model year buckets & that upholstery pattern was limited to Plymouth B-bodies - Road Runner, GTX & Sport Satellite (2 & 4 doors).
