Need axles

I have an a body 8 3/4 with axles with long wheel studs. Where can I get new axles with regular stud length? Best place? Thanks

Why not replace just the studs??

Yes, they can be pressed out and replaced.

IF you cut them make sure you have a nut on there before you cut so you can thread it off and clean up the threads.

The easiest would be to cut them I suppose. Dress up the end a bit and then remove the nut, it should thread right back on that way.

Measure, measure and measure. That way you don't cut them too short.

Or thumped out with a two pound hammer and pulled through with nuts.
