How can I find out what the original gear ratio was for my 67 Formula S Barracuda for the transmission and what the set up was in the rear end?

There is a tag on the front of the axle center section. It is trapped by one of the nuts that holds the center section to the housing, on the front. The number on the tag specifies the rear axle ratio.
As for your transmission gear ratios, the A833, if it is a 4spd we're talking about here (I'll assume it is, since you posted in the 4spd forum) has a final ratio of 1:1
No idea on the trans ratio, but contact these folks with the case numbers on the side of the trans and they can tell you - http://www.brewersperformance.com/
