What is this one off? It looks like the blue bracket is a little diferent. Can you send another pic?

But, I want it. I want the blue one, but I want the whole thing: throttle rod, bracket, and kickdown rod & adjuster, spring. What would that cost?

I have that style also, The one pictured is 70 318 the one you show is 73. I will picture what I think you want with the price, as soon as it stops raining I'll go get it.
