on a 67 dart goes from starter relay to transmission is it the same on 69 if I ground it to firewall will car start

I think the three wire NSS started in 70... (Pun intended....)

67 & 69 should be the single wire...

No, the center wire on a 68/ later NSS and the single wire on an earlier goes same place........from one "push on" terminal on the relay, down the top of the trans, to the NSS

You are looking at some other wire, possibly the coil bypass
