Hi,

I'm from NW Indiana. Not new to Mopars. I've owned both a 73 Satellite and Road Runner(318's), 80 Aspen Police Interceptor, 1970 Charger 500(440), 93 Eagle Vision(3.3), 99 Grand Caravan sport(3.3). The twist-I'm building a 1964 Studebaker Challenger(yes Studebaker owned the nameplate way before Dodge) gasser. I have a 1970 440 HP2-with all the six-pack internals, 906 heads and a 727 trans, Dana 44 rear w/3.54 gears. You might ask why-I say why not? I had the drive-train but early Mopar B-bodies have gone beyond my reach. The Studebaker Challenger (2-door post) is similar in size to the late sixties Darts and weighs in under 3000lbs. Studebaker engines are around the price of a crate Hemi to have any power that compares to a stock Hi-Po 440. Power to weight should be excellent after some upgrades to the 440. Not looking to alter the direction of the forum, always looking for parts, have parts to trade and advice.
