My stock 675 heads needed to be completely redone with valves, guides and did new springs for good measure. They were leaded gas era and the Exhaust valves were hammered. So no other changes. I am re-assembling now and will use assembly lube on rockers on both ends and pushrods at lifters.

I run ZR1 10-30 in the engine, so I am thinking I should drizzle oil across the head before I close up the valve cover for initial start up? As long as I don't over fill it should help right? Is there something I am missing?

After everything checks out for break in of the rebuilt heads I will be dropping the pan to do a new HV oil pump and pan gasket.
