Well since it says "Made In CANADA Not China." It is not NOS.....

That is the right partnumber, @MOPARMITCH has some left I believe.

NOS "new old stock" means original made by Chrysler mopar.....just because the original mopar part number is written on a piece of paper does not make a new made aftermarket part an NOS original part

Judging by the quantity sold, seller feedback rating, other NOS parts that seller has... I would bet its the correct material thickness and will seal properly regardless where it was made.
The Chinese could have made this part correctly if they wanted to.
