Looks like a '50s Dodge Pilothouse cab grafted onto a Dakota bed/driveline?
Traffic didn't let me get a better angle on it than these

I also pasted a red 1954 Dodge Pilothouse pickup after it - I think that's what the cab may be (up until then, they still had two (flat) piece windshields, I think)

I had a friend who had one years ago. Literally drove it everywhere he went. Owned a muffler shop across town and he used it for his advertisement. They eventually made a big muffler body and bolted on it. Ruined it if you ask me.
 
A friend of mine did all the "ride the ducks" in Branson.

The blue truck.... not great, but not bad!
 
They still use them around Washington DC as Tourist Mobiles. Painted Yellow, like most of our Politicians !!
