Has anyone tried Powersticks yet on a Dart? Wanted to remove my factory repro mufflers on my TTI system and try these. Will they fit in place with the factory offset? It there enough play to get them on without a slight bend being made? Gracias.

They won't be a direct replacement for a stock type muffler. You're going to end up cutting and welding pipes, especially at the inlet end. Nothing a decent muffler shop can't handle though.

Thats kinda what I thought. Looking to replace the quiet 16 inch (20 Total) Stockers with something new. They are 2 years old, time for a change.

Dynomax welded Ultra-flows! They come in the right offset and sound awesome!

Is that part number 17217 by chance? Its 19 inches overall and should fit fine. They do sound great, is that a 268?

A lot of mufflers are made with angled in/out pipes. I had contacted Porter years ago, and they told me one of these would be a direct replcaement on a '69 340 Dart. Sorry, I can't remember which one, but if you give them your specs they will figure it out. No, I didn't buy them, but they do look interesting.

Mine are 17219's, the 17217's have a 2-1/4" inlet/outlet. The 17219's are 2.5" inlet/outlet, still the same 19" overall length.

No, actually it's not a 268. The cam is a Lunati 60404, advertised duration 276/284, lift .513/.533. I guess the new part # is 10200704.

Do you think power brakes would work with that cam ?

Probably not. I only pull 9-10" of vacuum at idle with the 60404. I run manual disks on mine. Although I prefer the manual disks to power anyway.
