Would it be ok to use the port in the back of the block where the oil pressure sending unit is to feed the oil to the turbo? If so, what size AN line would be sufficient?
Thanks

IMHO, the 1/8 NPT port for the sending unit is waaay too small for a turbo feed line, for instance the feed on a stock Cummins is 3/8", so check the inlet size on the turbo you intend to use and match it. If you're going to run a remote filter or oil cooler setup, those would give you a good place to tap off a feed line of the appropriate size.

Most journal bearing turbos -4an is just fine, and yes the port on the back of the block is just fine. I have -4an feeds of both my 76mm and -12an drains going back into the oil pan.

Use can use a oil filter adapter and tap it to the size you want
