62-72 A-bodies, 62-72 B-bodies, and 70-72 E-bodies all used the same small sector p/s box.
 
Have to plead ignorance on the small sector/large sector issue. I have a 72 Demon with a 75 k-frame and an 85 Dip cop car steering box. Rather than swap pitman arm, I swapped the idler arm. No hookup problems. The steering column for 70 A-body is shorter for power than manual.
