That appears to be a Mopar distributor that some one made an adapter heat sink for a HEI gm ignition module.
It may be a professional one that is missing the cover.

Looks like a proform with a HEI adapter mounrted under it.

I like those HEI mounts alot. Done quite a few of them.

I dont remember what I paid for it but it came with that bracket and a non high performance "regular" HEI module. seems like a trick piece & I may add it on the stock car with a hotter module/e coil
