Part identification

Hi guys,

I'm new in the world of Mopar and just purchased my very first classic car.
It's a '76 Silver Duster.

The problem is that the Mopar Scene in Germany is pretty small and I need your help to identify two parts the guy who sold me the car gave me but couldn't tell me where to install them.

It would be perfect if you could tell me where they belong.

For scale they're about 10" long.
