PCV or no pcv?

So I was wondering what everyone's take on running a pcv? I have a open air filter and mopar performance valve covers with a fill port on both valve covers but only a vent hole in one cover. If I did a pcv, would I just plumb it from the vent in the 1 cover and plumb it to the carburetor?
