performer question

-
it will fit but not work well if you have 360 heads
the performer is a 318 port size intake
performer RPM would be a better choice

yes, you may want to "open the ports" on the manifold jus a little to make em fit the heads a littlr better. The performer was inbetween a 318 and 360 size wise on the port openings. But YES, it will work. Good choice I think for a 318.

Yep, it'll bolt right on. As said above, the Performer is a small port intake. The Performer RPM would be more appropriate. Small port intake, big port heads is not nearly as bad as the opposite combo, but you will still be giving up some potential. The Performer will support 300 HP or so, and below that point you probably wouldn't notice a difference. If I had a Performer laying around, I'd bolt it on in a heartbeat. But if I was ordering a new intake, I'd chose the RPM.
