pop-out window glass removal

Hi- is there a way to remove the glass in the pop out quarter windows in my Demon besides drilling out one of the rivets on the frame? If not what do I use to replace said rivet? Thanks- Ed

You'll have to remove the rivet. The original is a single long one that runs through the frame. You can replace it with two short pop rivets - one on each side.

Or you can use a stainless steel machine screw of the same length and diameter, with nut.
