1976 Dart Sport. Standard bore stock crank 360 with Keith Black flat tops, stock 1.88/1.60 j heads, lunati bracket master cam .480/230, Chinese air gap intake, Holley 770 street avenger vacuum secondary, 727 with manual valve body and b&m 2400 converter, 1 5/8 headers and 4.10 sure grip. Best of 13.77@100.
That’s awesome, but I’ll bet there’s a lot more hiding in that combo. Put a good converter in it and start tuning and that thing should be deep in the 12s.

It's went 12.8x's before with a 750 Holley, aluminum intake and fiberglass hood. It's my father-in-law's pure stocker. I'm building a Duster with a 360 magnum.

ok here it goes: I have slips from July of 2011 to March of 2019. My goal had been to get just over into the twelves but I never made it with my setup. 13.31 was the run that should've been the one but I was late on the tree.

I started with a 1976 360 in 2011 but I broke that pretty early on.
The combo from 2013 until these two slips was:
1971 340
650 Holley DP out of the box
480 lift cam w/ [email protected]
Dynamic 9.5 TQ in a 904
M/T radials 265-15
3.55 8.75 sure grip
hand ported 587 j heads
B&M super cooler
Star mini starter
4 barrel cast iron intake
windage tray
3600# with me in it
Centerline knockoff wheels (much lighter than my Cragers)
always had sub frame connectors and headers that I can't ID

It also had a jury rigged rear main cap after I broke off part of the pump mount
leaky original power steering
and in 2016 the right control strut was bent.
I used to retard the timing and run straight headers on pump gas.
I made tweaks after 2016 but as the leaks got worse my will shift past 5000 kept decreasing
it still would do mid 13's though.... Had a lot of fun trying!
I broke this motor last spring and just about got the new combo tuned.... can't wait to try it

Can you tell me what the cranking comp is and what do the spark plugs look like?
Spark plugs are clean. Barely any tan on the porcelain. I'm not sure what the compression is, but it has the factory style dished pistons. Since the 13.35 I swapped the assembled SM heads on it in place of the factory cast heads and it ran 13.13. My cam is basically a stock 360 4bbl cam.

13s? I have to go with my Stock B-body. Stock 440 4-speed with stock exhaust. With short 26" 50s tire height on 3.54:1 rear gear. 13.44 at 106 MPH.

My 2014 Cadillac XTS pulls ahead of GTX in first 1/8. And holds lead thru 1/4. But after that? The 440 easily over takes the stock twin turbo XTS 6 cyl. Cadillac is done at 130 MPH. GTX is just getting mean. It has buried its 150 MPH speedo. With its taller 28" highway tire. (Where and when is of course classified.) But was very much alone and away from any population.

Can we get a pic? Have you done a cranking comp test?

car is buried in snow. I did show a plug in a video, I'll try and screen shot it. No, I haven't checked comp
Can you post up the timeslip as I like to look at the incrementals?
