PUI seat upholstory

Has anybody ever used PUI seat upholstory? I was looking at the Jegs website and saw it listed, it's quite a bit cheaper than Legendary kits.
 
PUI is a great alternative to the overpriced Legendary upholstery. I've been selling PUI and Legendary both for years and can say that with personal experience. Are you restoring a concourse original car? Or are you building something that you intend on actually using? If you are putting together a driver/weekend show car, PUI is the way to go. Legendary upholstery is a very nice product, but is over rated in my opinion.
 
Can't say yet. I put Legendary in the RR I restored, and they were perfect. I did get PUI for my GTS project, but haven't installed them yet . I did take it all out of the boxes and checked it out. Looks like good quality to me. Time will tell.
 
You have to be very careful with PUI.

Different sets have different issues.

My brother got a PUI set for his 66 Satellite and it is nearly perfect and good quality.

However, I've seen some fairly noticeably incorrect patterns on some of their other sets.

It's also kind of hard to get a pic of the set you want.

Hold out for an actual pic of the PUI set and not a pic of an OEM set.
 
Save your money for Legendary, well worth it.
